Under new law, you MUST be at least 17 years old with parental consent and valid ID to tan. Anyone younger than 17 years old, is not permitted to use tanning beds. With the new law taking effect, you will have to fill out a form about your skin type, reaction to exposure and tanning routine. The form is based on a score range depending on your answers. This will determine if you can/cannot tan and for how long. 

We only allow one tanning session per person, per day. Any more exposure than that can result in skin damage. 
You can inquire at the front desk for the Fitzpatrick Skin-Type Chart. You will need to fill this form out before you begin your tanning experience. We will keep this on file with your tanning records.

Please keep in mind that this is not a salon rule, it is now required under PA State Law for tanning.
