Under the new law, you must be at least 17 years old (with parental consent and a valid ID) to tan. Anyone younger than 17 years old cannot tan.
We only allow one tanning session per person a day, anymore exposure than that can result in skin damage.
With the new law taking effect, you will have to fill out a small form about your skin type, your reaction to exposure and tanning routine. It is based on a score range, and depending upon what your score is, will determine if you can tan and for how long.
Please keep in mind that this is not a salon rule, it is not required under Pennsylvania State Law.
In this brochure, you will find the Fitzpatrick Skin-Type Chart that you can fill out and bring with you upon your next tanning session. We will keep this with our records for you.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
